1. Purpose
NorthBits is a private community for lawful, authorized file sharing among members. The software and this site are operated for that purpose. Unlawful distribution is prohibited.
2. Account and invites
You are responsible for your account, passkey, and any invite codes you hold. Do not share credentials. Operators may suspend or close accounts for abuse, ratio violations, security risk, or breach of these terms.
3. Content
You may only upload material you are authorized to distribute. By uploading you confirm that authorization. Report problematic or unlawful content via the site report flow. Staff may remove or restrict access when warranted.
4. Tracker and ratio
Announce traffic and transfer statistics are used for ratio, freeload control, and operations. Manipulating tracker statistics is prohibited.
5. Changes
These operator terms may be updated. Continued use after publication means you accept the published version for this community.
